“The Batchelor” Proposal

You’re welcome, rose lovers, to “the most contentious finale in Bachelor history”!  There will be a proposal of marriage on bended knee tonight when California winemaker Ben Flajnik opts a soulmate on the finale of ABC’s “The Bachelor.”

For TV audience, this week is a time of year center when shows like “The Bachelor” closing, to be supplanted by newly offerings like “Community,” which returns to NBC on Thursday. ABC’s new offering is “Missing,” a drama in which Ashley Judd acts a widow searching for her losing 18-year-old son.

For the second time in his life, the wine maker from Sonoma, California, declared oneself on TV. The only dubiousness was whether he offered the Neil Lane rock to Lindzi Cox, recipient of the first-feeling rose on day one, or Courtney Robertson, the recipient role of animosity from all other woman who competed for Ben’s hearts this season.

The future is Mrs. Courtney Flajnik.”I want you to know,” Ben began atop the Matterhorn, “that I believe you are an unbelievable woman. But I assured myself that I would not bring down on one knee once again unless I was sure it was always and I would like to tell you that…you are my everlastingly. You are my forever.”

And so Courtney break this gasp that we are pretty sure was an emotional cry of joy. We’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that she wasn’t stifling a laugh.

“I will love you forever,” she told Ben after he had slipped the ring on her finger and asked for her hand in marriage. “I will love you forever,” he said.

“I am so lief you sounded out yes,” he told her gapingly as they kissed in festivity.”Well, you never know,” Ben said, apparently addressing from experience.

But back to hapless Lindzi for a 2nd.”I see a life with you, I would like to make a sprightliness with you…I would like to be a great bride-to-be…I’m ready for this future step,” she told  to Ben.

Ben intromitted in review that he desired to say “I love you” back, but did not believe it wishful fair because he is all the same had his date with Courtney coming up.

“Cheers for pioneering and getting at the point wherever I thought you could get to,” is what he said to Lindzi instead. “I have been awaiting for this moment…I realize it’s taken much more time, based on your life and your experiences. It’s a good thing.”
