Will Ishq turn the tables for Nitin???

The Tollywood cinema Ishq starring Nitin and Nitya Menon is directed by Vikram Kumar. This cinema is averred to be a romantic action thriller. It is a cute love story and the director has weaved the love thread very impressively between the lead pair. The film has a bit of everything love, action, family drama. The love story is predictable even though attempts have been made to give it a new treatment in some scenes. What stands out is the excellent cinematography of P C Sreeram, which elevates the film considerably.

Story:

Siva (Ajay) is a good sportsman and he is the only boy of the commissioner of police (Nagineedu). He caves in love with Divya (Sindhu Tolani), but the latter did not accept his love. As a result, Siva turns into a psycho. Though, his father tells him to mend his ways, he doesn’t change his psychic attitude, hence the commissioner necks him out.  Rahul (Nitin) is a fun loving college guy. He is very jovial and friendly guy who likes to have fun and play practical jokes. Rahul comes across a beautiful and lively girl Priya (Nithya Menon) while flying to Hyderabad and he falls for her. The weather conditions forces the flight to land in Goa. So, both are forced to stay there for a day. Rahul slowly wins Priya over with his jovial and good nature. By the time they get back to Hyderabad, they are deeply in love with each other. After they arrive to Hyderabad, they get to know that Priya’s brother is Shiva (Ajay) who loved Rahul’s sister Divya (Sindu Tulani). But that is where the story takes a twist.

Will Shiva accept the relationship between Priya and Rahul? How he solves the problem? Will he be able to marry Priya? Why Divya refused Siva’s love? How does Rahul overcome the hurdles and wins his love Priya is all about Ishq. Answers to all these questions have to be seen on screen.

Performance:

Nitin has done a great job, appearing in the screen after taking a small gap. He has brought in a refreshing change in his appearance. His expressions in emotional scenes are apt. Especially, he is impressive and refreshing when watching ‘Kodi baye..’ song. Nithya Menon will score good marks with her innocent looks and good dialogue. She looks cute and beautiful. She is gorgeous in saris and she delivers a neat performance. Totally, she is expressive and is a treat to watch.
